HEALING — A Name Found in Nature FW26

After designing the AW26 collection of silk printed dresses, the prints were ready, but I was still searching for a name that felt connected to nature, few names were selected but i was still not sure.

The collection draws inspiration from foliage, wildflowers, peace and pomegranate—natural elements that have always carried a quiet sense of healing for me.

Then I discovered a photograph by Katherine, a follower from Germany, featuring a field of Queen Anne’s Lace (wild carrot). The delicate white flowers and wild foliage looked remarkably similar to the feeling of one of my FW26 silk prints.

I instantly messaged her: “I have created a print so similar to this!”

And then I noticed the word she had written over her photograph:

HEALING.

It was the name I had been searching for.

Felt real, connected and so simple yet super comforting.

Sometimes inspiration doesn't come from a moodboard.

Sometimes, nature simply gives you the name.
